good apartment, not resort. The fastest check-in ever. wireless internet was fine. private shaded parking. old traditional building mosque is very close. supermarket & small mall cross the street. AC control unit in each room. truly fully equipped kitchen. waching machine & iron in a private place.
apartment smells bad. I requested an addintional bed, but got only a mattress which i put on the ground ! no pool-bar. kids are jumping into the pool with their underware. Hotel was out of any additional blankets or pillows. been asked to pay for my breakfast delivered to the room in cash right away. gym was very small. no private in-room bathroom, they were both out of the rooms. This is just a two bedroom apartment, not really a resort.

The location here is excellent, just minutes away from Safeer mall and with easy access to Randevouz restaurants, the northern outskirts, and Dubai airport.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a very nice area, near to the northern outskirts of Al Ain, all the attractions of the beautiful city of Al Ain and supermarket. The food was savoury with a huge variety of options. Also, location was exceptionally nice, at a medium distance from Muraijeb Park.

We had a great time staying at this venue - the rooms were spacious, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was wonderful, plus the food at the restaurant was outstanding.

Good Food - but very limited choice for Asians. Should have more Indian menus. Good atmosphere and clean environment. Staff are very cordial and freindly. There were no disturbance whatsoever but clam place to stay.
Closure of swimming pool for maintenance was a set back for kids. We missed the swimming pool. Lot of green area available in the vicinity of hotel and can have more avenues for kids to play. Place can have some shade. Guest should be assisted as an introduction to aquaint guest of the available facility.

I really think it is a good choice for a family to spend some days in Al Ain. Budget friendly. Staff were very good and friendly. Kitchen equipped and clean .
It is a little bit far from most tourist places. More than 30 min of driving to Jabal Hafeet.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
